【仕事内容】

総務部にて、人事労務に関する事務業務をお任せします。まずはアシスタント業務からスタートし、徐々にスキルアップできる環境です。

<具体的には>

■勤怠管理、住民税・健康診断の管理、手当の計算(全体の50%)

■入退社手続き、社会保険手続き、年末調整、給与計算補助(30%)

■電話応対を含む総務事務(20%)

<給与計算の体制>

・担当者2名体制(メイン+サブ)

・あなたにはサブ担当として、一部手当・控除項目の管理をお任せします。

勤務時間・曜日:

8:35~18:00(実働8時間/休憩85分)

※月平均残業時間:20時間程度

120日(土日祝休み/完全週休2日制)

給与:

月給:220,000円~300,000円

(基本給165,000円~225,000円+職務手当55,000円~75,000円)

想定年収:320万円~450万円
