仕事概要
専任技術者として、主に顧客との適正な契約締結の実現や各種プロジェクトの全体管理等をお任せします。 【具体的には】 弊社営業と連携しながら、受注獲得に向け技術的観点からの助言、営業のサポート ・顧客のニーズに合わせた製品の選定 ・導入物件の各種図面を確認しながら設置方法の検討、妥当性確認 請負契約を適正に締結するための各種確認・調整・管理 ・工事に関する見積書の作成 ・契約内容について技術的妥当性の確認 ・請負契約の締結までの交渉、締結手続き ・工法の検討や必要に応じて顧客への技術的な説明 請負契約履行に関する技術的側面からの担保・管理 ・発注者との技術的なやり取りや連絡調整 ・契約内容が遵守されているかについて技術的な観点から確認・管理 ・工事が法令や設計図、仕様書に沿い適切に実施されるようサポート 主任技術者への助言・指導、サポート ※営業活動自体は弊社営業担当が行い、案件発生から営業担当と連携して分業しますので、上記業務に集中して取り組んでいたけます ※上記業務内容は想定であり、経験とスキルに応じて変動することがあります。 【期待する役割】 ・有資格者としての高い知見を活かし、契約内容や技術面、又は全体の工程管理における改善やリスクの特定とその対策案の検討・立案・推進のリードする役割を担っていただくこと ・上記を通して、各種製品の設置が遅滞なく安定的になされている状態を担保することに寄与いただくこと 【募集背景】 事業拡大・受注増に伴う体制強化 ・2018年創業の弊社は、累計資金調達額は300億円、従業員数は200名を超え、数年以内でのIPOを視野に入れながら、さらなる成長フェーズにあります。 ・各種製品の導入受注数、または大型受注案件が増加しており、比例して設置工事やかかる契約締結数も増加している今、当該ポジションの経験・知見が豊富な方に新たに参画いただき、弊社製品の設置フェーズにかかる体制強化や仕組みの改善を図ります。 【変更の範囲】会社の定める業務全般
必須スキル
以下のいずれかの資格を有する方 (1)一級建築施工管理技士 (2)二級建築施工管理技士(仕上げ) (3)一級建具制作・カーテンウォール施工・サッシ施工の資格 (4)登録サッシ・カーテンウォール基幹技能者
歓迎スキル
業界経験 BtoB SaaS業界、不動産業界の経験・知見をお持ちの方 実務経験 IoT機器等の建具設備を設置した実務経験 ※上記経験がない方でも入社後に十分にキャッチアップいただけますのでご安心ください。

給与
年俸制 650万円 〜 900万円 (月額:年収÷12ヶ月) ※上記年俸には月45時間分の固定残業代が含まれます。 ※応募者の方のご経験や保有資格に応じて決定いたします。
