What You'll Bring

• Hands-on experience delivering migration or modernization projects.

• Demonstrable experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Business-level Japanese and at least conversational English.
• Passion for learning and a proactive approach; able to identify gaps, suggest improvements, and self-manage responsibilities.

• Hands-on experience with migration tooling (e.g., AWS MGN, Cloudamize).
• Understanding of multiple SDLC approaches (waterfall, agile, etc.) and ability to plan work accordingly.

What You'll Do

• Contribute to project proposals and delivery as the responsible solution lead for technical projects, especially migration or modernization.
• Design and implement well-architected systems tailored to client needs and desired outcomes.
• Apply reference architectures and proven frameworks to design robust, reliable, and scalable systems.
• Write technical designs and documentation; provide guidance and training to clients.
• Engage as a trusted advisor across technology topics and the software lifecycle, articulating ROI, risk, and value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in ambiguous and high-complexity situations to bring clarity and a path forward.
• Define activities, work products, staffing plans, cost estimations, and schedules required for migration/modernization consultation in proposals and SOWs.
• Responsible for promoting capability development, business development, and operations within and across teams as part of the company's leadership role.
• Represent Slalom local office in business development and alliance partnerships in migration & modernization, including creating offering materials, representing at partner events, and supporting sales/industry leaders on customer calls.
• Represent Slalom at conferences, meet-ups, and online forums; expand your network, share thought leadership, and elevate Slalom's market presence.

• クライアントに対して信頼されるアドバイザーとして技術的なアドバイスを行い、ROI・リスク・価値を明確にする
• 複雑や曖昧な状況でも関係者と協力し、解決策や方向性を導く
• プロジェクト計画、コスト見積もり、要員計画、スケジュールなどを定義し、提案資料やSOWを作成する
• 部門横断のケイパビリティ強化、事業開発、業務運営を、会社のリーダーシップ(管理職層)の一員として責任持って推進する
• マイグレーション&モダナイゼーション分野におけるSlalomの代表者として、事業開発やパートナー連携を推進し、サービス資料作成、イベント対応、営業やインダストリーリーダーと共に顧客訪問を行う
• カンファレンス、ミートアップ、オンラインフォーラム等でSlalomを代表し、ネットワーク拡大やブランド向上に貢献する
