半導体ビジネスからソリューションビジネスを含む当社事業拡大に向けた、特許による事業の保護や強化のための質の高い特許明細書の作成、特許の取得
・会社の事業戦略を理解したうえで、事業を守り拡大することに貢献する特許明細書を作成
・事業の方針を理解したうえで、権利化を遂行
・特許事務所または企業の知財部門での経験を社内特許チームと共有し、特許明細書の質向上に向けてチームをリード
・事業を保護するための特許ポートフォリオ構築戦略の構想とその実行
・自社知財権の活用と他者知財権に対する防衛
・その他、知財権に関わる業務の遂行

資格
必要資格
弁理士、またはそれ相当人材要件
自ら先頭に立ち、困難を打開できる実力のある人材を求めます。具体的要件は以下です。
(1) Common
① 特許事務所または企業の知財部門で、半導体またはエレクトロニクス分野における2年以上の勤務経験があること。
② 半導体回路技術、半導体デバイス技術、マイコン技術、アナログ回路技術、ソフトウエア技術等のいずれかに関する深い知見があること。
③ 英語で支障なく意思疎通ができること(TOEIC:800点以上、またはそれ相当)。
④ グローバルかつ多様化した環境においてコミュニケーション能力を発揮できること。
⑤ 成長意欲があり、自らの前向きな姿勢を通じてリーダーシップを発揮できること。
(2) Prosecution
⑥ 自立して特許明細書を完成させる能力があること。
⑦ 当社の事業戦略を理解し、権利行使可能かつ防衛能力のある特許の取得に貢献できること。
⑧ 当社の事業を真に保護し、かつ自社知財権の活用を含む、戦略的な特許ポートフォリオ構築を提案できること。
(3) Defense
⑨ 他者知財権に対する防衛業務に貢献できること。
⑩ 防衛業務を通じて当社事業のFreedom to Operate確保の提案できること。
3.語学力
日本語(N1)、英語(TOEIC800点)ともにビジネスレベル
