Key job responsibilities

  • 官公庁事業本部の一員として、日本政府、中央省庁におけるAWSのビジネスを加速させる
  • 公共市場を俯瞰した戦略的なビジネスプランを策定し、業界全体に影響を与える提案活動を実施する
  • お客様のエグゼクティブやステークホルダーと信頼関係を築き、ビジネスの開拓と拡大を推進する
  • チームメンバー(営業、技術、コンサル、サポート、政策渉外、マーケティング、広報、グローバルチームなど)と連携し、目標の達成に対して強い情熱を示す

A day in the life

  • 日本政府や中央省庁の政策を深く理解し、DXを推進していくための提言やクラウドを活用した提案を実施する、特に官公庁のキーパーソンと信頼関係を築き、高い視座に基づいた提案活動を実践する
  • 中央省庁のDX、クラウド化に対して、ビジネス面・技術面での支援を実施する、法律、政策、ガイドライン、契約、サポートなど、多角的にそのニーズや課題を把握し、お客様やパートナー企業と連携し、適切な対応策を提供する
  • 社内のチームメンバーや海外の担当チームと連携しベストプラクティスをお客様やパートナー企業に提供する、加えて、日本のベストプラクティスを確立し、グローバルチームへ発信する

Basic Qualifications

  • 公共市場において15年以上の営業または事業開発の経験を有すること
  • 公共市場全体に対するビジネスプランニングの経験を有すること、加えて、公共部門の大規模システムの企画・立案に関わった経験を有すること
  • 公共部門のシニアリーダー(お客様、有識者、ベンダー)との人的ネットワークを有すること
  • 公共市場特有のビジネス環境(政策、予算、調達、エコシステム)について深い知識を有すること
  • 流暢な日本語でコミュニケーションを行えること

Preferred Qualifications

  • AWSクラウドの導入実績、及び基本的な理解・資格を有すること
  • 英語でのビジネス文書の読解と作成、英語でのビジネス会話レベルの能力を有すること
  • マネージャとしてチームをリードした経験を有すること
