RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate and timely Sales order processing
• Accurate and timely Purchase order processing
• Delivery tracking/monitoring
• Ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables 
• Review of project plans and monitor schedules to honor commitments to the customer Inventory tracking/monitoring including allocation of unallocated stocks
• Timely escalation of issues when delivery/project/transaction milestones are missed
• Detailed investigation to resolve issues encountered Trade Compliance
• In co-ordination with corporate office and Asia Supply Chain principles, guidelines and priorities, this position provides overall order management and coordination of the procurement and fulfillment activities for Asia market units (Sales, Service, Project Teams, Factories, 3PL).
• This position shall also interact with all levels of staff from across Asia Pacific.
