仕事内容
カスタマーサービス部門は、個人のお客様やブティック、ディーラーに対して、ハイレベルなカスタマーサービス(商品販売時の文字彫り等、販売後の修理、技術サポート)を提供し、ブランドのビジネスをサポートする役割を担っています。
今回募集するポジションでは、日本での修理業務に使用する部品の在庫管理、需要予測、購買・発注業務を一貫してご担当いただきます。数万SKUに及ぶ部品の在庫精度維持、需要予測に基づく適正在庫の確保、ブランド本社へ発注・購買を通じて、修理のリードタイムの短縮とお客様の満足度向上に寄与することのできる重要なポジションです。また、カスタマーサービス部門内の様々なカウンターパートだけでなく、ローカルおよびセントラルブランドチームとも密接にコミュニケーションを取りながら、課題解決や改善提案を積極的に行っていただきます。
担当業務 主な担当業務は以下のとおりです。
在庫管理:
- 時計、ジュエリー、ペン等の部品在庫レベルの管理と最適化(ブランド本社との交渉・調整による決定)
- 部品に関するブランド本社との調整 (入荷品の過不足処理、品質レポートなど)
需要予測:
- 過去の修理品・消費データに基づく需要分析
- 日本国内における部品需要予測(在庫対象、在庫レベル)
- MRP(資材所要量計画)管理とその定期的なパラメータメンテナンス
- MRP対象外の品目の在庫補充
購買・発注:
- ブランド本社への部品発注と発注計画の作成
- 発注進捗とデリバリーに関するスケジュール管理
- 発注・入荷遅延時の対応および代替案の検討
- 注文残の納期管理
レポーティング:
- 部品に関する統計的トピックについてのローカルブランドとの調整
- 統計的KPIの管理(問題分析、報告、改善のための行動)
- 市場・関係部門からの問い合わせへの対応(部品の価格、在庫状況、マスターデータ、製造中止品など)
応募条件
- 大学卒
- 3年程度のビジネス経験、購買業務の経験があれば尚可
- 高級ブランドビジネス、時計業界での経験があれば尚可
- 統計的知識・思考、分析的思考能力
- ネイティブレベルの日本語
- 英語でのコミュニケーション能力 (英語で2~3人の定例会議を運営できる程度、目安としてTOEIC 600点以上)
- MSエクセルの中級レベルのスキル(IF、XLOOKUPなどの関数を使用できること)
- ビジネス系システムの業務経験、SAPの経験があれば尚可
