業務内容

- 営業職
顧客と個人の双方の選択肢を広げ、成長を後押できる「両手型」ならではのやりがいを実感できます。
(1)取引先法人の新規開拓
お客様のニーズに応じて、自社のエンジニア人材派遣を提案します。
企業のITにおける課題解決に取り組む、ITコンサルとしての側面を有します。
※飛び込みなど、無作為な新規開拓はありません。
※弊社はインフラにもシステム開発にも強く、提案できるサービスの幅の広さが強み。
「どんな課題に対しても提案いただける」と、お客様からも高く評価されています。
(2)エンジニアのキャリアプロデュース
お客様先(常駐先)へ配属となったエンジニアに対して、定期的な面談やキャリアカウンセリングをふまえ、担当案件の調整などを行います。
一人あたり30~40名のエンジニアを担当し、自社の社員が働きやすい環境を整えます。

採用業務を中心に、分業せず裁量権をもって一気通貫で担当いただきます。

新卒&中途採用
採用戦略の策定及び実行や、採用チャネルの選定、担当者とのリレーション構築を行います。
採用候補者との面接・面談、クロージングに加え、入社後のフォローもお任せします。
(2)その他業務
人事制度策定や人材開発(教育、研修)、組織活性化施策の立案・実行などまだまだやりたいことが多くあります。
離職率防止策の立案・実行にも着手いただきます。
※上記以外にもやりたいと手を挙げれば人事領域幅広くお任せします

【社内研修】
