Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced **Senior HR Consultant/Director** to lead strategic consulting projects at the executive level. In this high-visibility role, you will partner directly with C-suite leaders and senior clients to design and implement HR strategies, leadership development programs, and organizational solutions that drive measurable business results. You will manage consulting teams, oversee multiple projects, and contribute to business development, positioning yourself for rapid advancement into senior leadership at Culturia—potentially including equity opportunities for exceptional performers.

Unlike segmented work at large firms, you will engage end-to-end in the project lifecycle, building deep expertise in both conceptual strategy and practical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle HR and organizational consulting projects, from diagnosis and strategy design to

execution and evaluation.

• Advise executives on talent management, cultural adaptation, employee engagement, and growth

challenges in global contexts.

• Develop high-impact proposals, executive reports, presentations, and workshop materials.

• Facilitate leadership training, strategic workshops, and client meetings.

• Mentor and manage junior consultants, fostering high-performance teams.

• Manage project timelines, deliverables, and quality using structured project management tools.

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships as a trusted advisor.

• Support business development through networking, proposals, referrals, and proactive outreach.

Required Qualifications

• Native-level Japanese with business-level English **OR** native-level English with JLPT N1

Japanese.

• Graduate from a 4 year accredited University

• 7–10+ years of progressive experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or related

fields.

• At least 5 years of project management experience on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

• Proven executive presence: strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results under

pressure.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Google Workspace, MS Teams,

Zoom, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT for research and drafting).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience advising executives or management teams in Japanese or multinational organizations.

• Background in global HR, cross-cultural management, leadership training, or B2B client-facing

roles.

• Preferred advanced degree such as Masters or MBA

• Familiarity with HR technology, employee engagement surveys, or performance management

systems.

Work Style & Location

シニアHRコンサルタント/ディレクター

本ポジションは高い裁量と責任を伴い、C-suiteを含む経営幹部と直接連携しながら、HR戦略、リーダーシップ開発、組織変革施策を設計・実行し、 measurable(定量的)な成果につなげていただきます。複数プロジェクトの統括、チームマネジメント、ビジネス開発にも関与し、将来的にはシニアリーダー層への昇格や、優秀な方にはエクイティ(株式)機会も検討します。

大手ファームのような分業型ではなく、プロジェクトの診断から提案、実行、定着まで一貫して関わることで、戦略と実務の両面で深い専門性を築ける環境です。

主な業務内容

• 組織・人事コンサルティングプロジェクトを、診断・戦略設計から実行・評価まで一貫してリード
• グローバル環境における人材マネジメント、文化適応、エンゲージメント向上、成長課題について経営層に助言
• 高品質な提案書、エグゼクティブレポート、プレゼン資料、研修・ワークショップ資料の作成
• リーダーシップ研修、戦略ワークショップ、クライアントミーティングのファシリテーション
• ジュニアコンサルタントの育成・マネジメントを通じた高パフォーマンスチームの構築
• プロジェクト管理ツールを用いたスケジュール、成果物、品質管理
• クライアントとの長期的信頼関係を構築し、経営のパートナーとして伴走
• ネットワーキング、提案活動、紹介、アウトリーチなどを通じたビジネス開発支援

必須条件

• 日本語ネイティブレベル+英語ビジネスレベル、または英語ネイティブレベル+日本語能力試験N1相当
• 4年制大学卒業
• HRコンサルティング、組織開発、人事領域での7〜10年以上の実務経験
• 複数ステークホルダーが関わる複雑なプロジェクトにおける5年以上のPM経験
• 経営層と対峙できる高いコミュニケーション力・プレゼン力・影響力
• チームを率いながら複数案件を推進し、プレッシャー下でも成果を出せる能力
• Microsoft Office(特にPowerPoint・Excel)、Google Workspace、Teams、Zoom、AIツール(ChatGPT等)への習熟
