モノグサ 株式会社は「記憶を日常に。」というミッションのもと、AIと独自アルゴリズムを活用した記憶プラットフォーム「Monoxer」を開発・運営するSaaS企業です。教育業界での圧倒的な実績を基盤に、現在は大手企業の人材育成やセールスイネーブルメント領域にもサービスを展開し、記憶課題の解決による成果創出という新しいスタンダードを創り始めています。

本ポジションでは、名刺の肩書は「事業開発」となり、教育領域(大手塾・学校)を中心に、Monoxer導入顧客の課題解決を主導していただきます。顧客の潜在課題を深く捉え、記憶という新たな切り口から本質的な解決策を提案。データ分析に基づく活用レポートや運用設計、アップセル提案など、中長期的な視点で顧客の成果最大化に貢献します。

また、事業・組織・プロダクトの成長に直結する一次情報の収集や、開発チームとの連携によるプロダクト改善、CS組織の能力開発・業務プロセス改善など、幅広い事業開発業務にも携わります。単なる導入・活用支援にとどまらず、抽象度の高い課題に向き合い、顧客と伴走しながら継続的な価値提供を目指します。

年収:420万円~800万円

・みなし残業代(45時間分):91,041円~173,411円を含む

・年棒制(12分割で毎月支給)

・年2回の給与・等級見直しあり

・試用期間3ヶ月(同条件)
