カスタマーサクセスを掲げ、コロナ渦でも力強く着実にファンを増やし続けている、『XLARGE(エクストララージ)』や『X-girl(エックスガール)』『MILKFED.(ミルクフェド)』といった10代から20代に支持されるストリートブランドを展開するのが私達ビーズインターナショナルです。私達の根本には常にストリートカルチャーが軸としてありますが、ストリートカルチャーとしてアウトプットするものはファッションだけではありません。『MUSIC』、『SPORTS』、『ART』、『SNEAKER』、『HEALTH&BEAUTY』、『COMIC・GAME・MOVIE』、『INTERIOR・FURNITURE』等のポートフォリオに基づいた様々な商品やサービスを提供しています。これまで国内を中心に事業を展開してきましたが、ロサンゼルス拠点に加え、2018年6月には上海に子会社を設立。 アメリカと中国を中心とするアジア諸国で販売を強化し、今後は『モノ(アパレル)』だけにとどまらず幅広いジャンルの『コト(サービスや商品)』により、世界中にストリートカルチャーを発信していきます。

業務内容


「カルチャーを創り、人を動かす。ストリートの次世代を担う組織のデザイナー」

単なる採用担当としてではなく、ビーズインターナショナルが掲げる「ストリートカルチャーを編集し、世界をワクワクさせる」というミッションを実現するための、人的資本の最大化を担っていただきます。

新卒・中途採用の戦略立案から実行はもちろん、入社後のオンボーディング、エンゲージメント向上、次世代リーダーの育成といった組織開発(OD)まで、点ではなく「線」で人事に携わることができるポジションです。

業務詳細


現場の熱量を理解し、経営と現場を繋ぐ架け橋として以下の業務を推進していただきます。

1. 採用戦略の立案と実行

・ブランディング構築: 各ブランド(XLARGE, X-girl, MILKFED.等)のカラーを活かした採用マーケティング活動

・ダイレクトソーシング: ダイレクトリクルーティングを活用した優秀な人材への直接アプローチ

・選考体験の向上: 適切な選考プロセスの設計

  • 組織開発・人材開発(Organizational Development)

    ・オンボーディング設計: 入社者が早期にバリューを発揮し、カルチャーにフィットするための仕組みづくり

    ・リテンション施策: サーベイを活用した社内エンゲージメント調査の実施と、それに基づく組織課題の解決(社内イベント、評価制度へのフィードバック等)

    ・人事評価制度の運用: 現在の人事制度を最大限活用するための研修や施策の立案

    ・カルチャー醸成: 創業から続くストリートの経営理念・行動指針の浸透

募集要件


【MUST】

・採用, 組織開発のどちらかの実務経験1年以上

・他部署のスタッフとコミュニケーションを取ることに抵抗がない方

【WANT】

・マネジメント経験(目安として3年程度)

・事業会社での人事経験

・提案力、問題解決能力

・アパレルやストリートカルチャーに関する知識、経験、興味
