仕事内容


【年収480万円以上】高級寿司業態 寿司職人/日・月定休/長谷川稔ブランド

【仕事内容】

高級寿司ブランド「すし高橋宏輔」にて、

寿司職人としての調理業務全般をお任せします。

カウンターを中心とした少人数制の店舗のため、

一貫一貫に向き合いながら、技術と感性を磨ける環境です。

【業務内容】

・寿司の握り・仕込み・提供

・魚介類の仕入れ・下処理・熟成管理

・シャリの炊き分け、味・温度・硬さの管理

・つまみ・一品料理の調理

・食材の品質管理・在庫管理・発注業務

・カウンター越しでのお客様対応

・衛生管理・店舗オペレーションの徹底

※経験・スキルに応じて、

仕入れ同行やネタ選定、コース構成にも携わっていただきます。
