職務の目的:
- 開発薬剤の特性について、非臨床〔薬理、薬物動態及び毒性〕の観点から、科学的な評価を行う。そして、国内開発戦略の立案に携わり、各種規制要件を満たす資料の作成及び当局対応を担い、国内臨床試験の実施及び承認申請・取得に貢献する。また、国内市販薬について、非臨床の観点から適切な情報を提供し、薬剤の適正使用に貢献する。更に、これらのことを達成するために、既存の情報及び知見を最大限に活用し、国内事情を踏まえてセントラルとの協議を行い、日本を含むグローバルの視点で合意した方針に従い、上記活動を展開する。
業務内容:
海外本社の関係部門と密接な連携を取り、日本を含むグローバル的な視点で合意した方針に従い、国内関連部門との調整も行い、以下の非臨床分野の業務を展開する。
国内開発戦略立案:国内開発上のリスク評価、対面助言資料作成、照会事項回答作成
- 国内臨床試験のサポート:治験薬概要書作成、照会事項回答作成、その他の関連資料(試験計画書)の一部作成/サポート
- 承認申請業務:CTD(モジュール2.4及び2.6)作成、照会事項回答作成、適合性書面調査対応
各種資材作成:添付文書・インタビューフォーム等の作成
業務全般及び組織運営にかかわる以下の活動を担う。
各種プロジェクトに及ぼす影響を考慮した対応/リスクマネージメントの実践
- 担当プロジェクト業務の予算及びリソースの管理
- 業務遂行能力(専門的技能等)の向上を目的としたメンバーの指導・教育
- 担当業務の課題に対して、国内外の関係者と連携しながら、その解決に向けた活動を牽引する。

非臨床分野(特に薬理と毒性)の業務遂行に必要な以下の知識・能力:
科学的・論理的妥当性が保証された治験・薬事関連資料(治験薬概要書、対面助言資料、申請資料等)及び照会事項回答を作成できる高度な文書作成能力(日本語)
- 非臨床分野に関する国内規制要件の理解
- 関連規制要件及び国内薬事審査の動向等に基づき、国内開発上のリスク(非臨床データの充足性の評価等)の特定及び対応策を検討・実践できる能力
- 社内外(国内外)の関係者と良好な関係性を構築し、円滑に業務に取り組める能力
- マネージメントスキル(業務・目標管理、リスク管理、メンバー育成・指導)
経験
Experience
:
- 製薬企業における医薬品開発業務の経験(5年以上)及び非臨床分野の薬事対応について責任を果たす部署での実務経験(5年以上)、若しくは同等の経験
- 上記各種資料(特にCTD、対面助言資料)及び照会事項回答の作成経験(特に薬理、毒性分野)
- 非臨床分野の案件に関する対面助言(面談)の経験
- 医薬品の承認申請対応の実務経験(非臨床分野の担当者として)
- 低分子医薬品及びバイオ医薬品の両者の申請に携わった経験(少なくとも2品目ずつ)
- 大学や研究所において、実験動物を用いた研究、薬物動態や毒性試験に従事した経験
