職務目的(Job Purpose)
損害保険ビジネスにおいて、アンダーライティング(保険引受業務)は中核かつ不可欠なものであり、アンダーライティング部門が行う意思決定は、保険会社の損益に直接影響します。
延長保証保険のビジネスはAIGがグローバルで強みをもつ分野であり、今後の日本市場でのさらなる成長に向けて、アンダーライティング部門は延長保証保険の制度設計、販売促進、代理店教育、収支管理などへの貢献が期待されます。
職責(Job Responsibilities)
延長保証のアンダーライティング部門のマネージャーとして、関連部門との連携の元、延長保証制度設計において、制度構築、引受判断、保険料設定等をリードして頂き、Head of Extended Warrantyへのレポートを行います。また、案件によってはGlobalのExtended Warrantyチームとの連携も必要となります。
ブローカー、代理店等と協力しての販売促進をリードして頂きます。また、複雑な案件の場合は、顧客企業への直接的な説明を行う場合もあります。
通常の商品管理業務(約款解釈の照会対応、募集文書チェック)およびプロジェクトとしての商品開発業務(約款改定、料率改定等)も職責の一つとなります。
