全国にジュエリーショップを展開するエステールHDが運営する美容通販事業・ビューティー&ウェルネス事業課での一般事務・営業事務アシスタントのお仕事です。

具体的には、顧客様のメール対応、取引企業・アンバサダー応対、商品出荷管理など、事務処理全般をお願いします。対応マニュアル有 1から丁寧にお教えします

仕事に家事にがんばる女性の健康的な美しさを「食」を通じてサポートしたい。ウェルネスライフを実現するための手軽に栄養チャージできる食品を作りたい。普段の生活に無理なく取り入れられる、安全性とおいしさを両立させたものを提供したい。『私の完全美容食』はそんな思いで立ち上げられたフェムケアフードです。

研修中 時給1,230円以上(研修期間4ヶ月 習熟度により変動)

【資格】

<応募必須条件>

・基本的なPC操作スキルのある方

(Word、Excel、メール、ネット検索等)

・基本的なビジネスマナーのある方

事務職実務未経験でもOK

【勤務時間帯】

朝,昼

【勤務曜日・時間】

  • シフト例(選択可)

(1) 9:30~16:00(実働5.5h、休憩1h)

(2) 9:30~17:00(実働6.5h、休憩1h)

(3) 9:30~18:00(実働7.5h、休憩1h)


・週5日勤務程度

・1日実働5時間半から応相談

・土日祝日休み

・保護者会など平日休みも柔軟に対応OK

・年末年始等、連休取得OK

・年2回程度のイベント出展同行有

(交通費全額支給※都内近郊イベント)

※(1)~(3)以外の時間帯もご相談ください。

【入社日応相談】

2月もしくは3月入社が可能です。

月途中の入社受け入れも相談可能です。

在職中の方は退職日未確定でも応募OK。

【STAFF紹介】

人員構成:男性社員2名、女性パート社員2名(20~30代)

全員テレワークが中心ですが、始業時のMTGのほか、社内チャットツールでコミュニケーションをとりながら働いています。困ったことがあれば、いつでも相談しやすい環境なのでテレワーク未経験の方もご安心ください。
