Responsibilities:
- Lead critical portfolio projects to enhance Guest and Team Member experiences
- Implement and optimise PPM tools to streamline processes, enhance reporting accuracy, and manage project budgets effectively
- Drive annual strategic planning, resource assessment, and financial estimation to support organisational vision and mission
- Manage capital and expense budgets in collaboration with Portfolio Management and finance teams
- Provide leadership in agile and waterfall methodologies, ensuring successful scope, schedule management, and risk mitigation
- Build and lead a high-performing team of project managers and scrum masters, fostering operational excellence and achieving strategic goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in engineering, technology, analytics, or related fields
- More than 10 years in PMO, transformation, or technology enablement roles
- Practical experience in project team leadership and large-scale program planning and implementation
- Experience with web and mobile development technologies/services, e-commerce platforms, operational and analytics data platforms, enterprise integration
- Expert knowledge of large-scale transformation initiatives
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Possess a valid project management certification (PMI, Lean Six Sigma, Agile (CSM), etc.) preferred
- Fluent level English; proficient in Japanese desirable
