  • 郵便など配布物の配布
  • 受付サポート(代表電話、来訪者のサポート)
  • 定期的な薬用箱の管理
  • 衛星電話の管理
  • ヘルプデスクのサポート(自社の主要業務に関して)

  • ベンダーと協力して大阪本社での日常業務を迅速に遂行する。
  • クライアントの要求を確認し、必要に応じて他のJLLチームメンバーやクライアントと協力する。
  • 大阪本社の運営のために予算を理解し管理する。
  • 運用の定期的なレビューおよびSOP(標準運用手順)の理解と管理、または新しい手順の準備。
  • 発注と支払い管理の知識と経験
  • 下請け業務のベンダー管理の経験
  • 基本的な英語の文法と口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル
  • Microsoftアプリケーション(Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、TEAMS)およびSharePoint(OneDrive)の基本的な知識とスキル

    You will be responsible for the following.

  • Payments services to clients
  • Agency payment services using Corrigo
  • Checking payroll debit data
  • Asset application and registration
  • Utility data entry
  • (Cylinder) key management
  • Postal instrument management
  • Distribution of handouts
  • Reception support for GA (representative calls, visitor assistance)
  • Maintain a box of regular medications
  • Satellite phone management
  • Help desk support (for own primary operations)
  • < Duties & Responsibilities >

  • Operate with vendors to punctually complete daily operations in Osaka HQ.
  • Review and implement requests from clients and collaborate with other JLL team members and clients depending on the requests.
  • Comprehends and control budgets for Osaka HQ for operations.
  • Regularly review operations and those SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) and revise or prepare for new procedure.
  • Task skills

  • Knowledge and experience of management for ordering and payment
  • Experience of vendor management for subcontracting operations
  • Basic written and verbal communication skill in English.
  • Basic knowledge and skill for Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, TEAMS) and sharepoint (OneDrive)
  • Personal skills

  • Proactive and positive individual in everything

  • Ability to meet tight schedules and deliver good quality of work
