Nikeストアのコーチは部門の責任者であり、店舗に訪れる全てのお客様に最高のエクスペリエンスをお届けすると同時に、店舗の全てのアスリート(スタッフ)にも最高のエクスペリエンスを提供するために、ストア マネージャー(店長)やアシスタント ストア マネージャー(副店長)をサポートする事です。

常に優先順位を考え、重要な事にフォーカスし、チームを鼓舞し、勝利に導きます。そしてチームメンバーがより成功するためのフィードバックをします。

ビジネスとブランドと両方での成功を確実なものにするため、Nikeが提供する様々なプロセスやプログラムを実行するためのサポートが求められます。

・職務内容:

1プレミアムな消費者体験を目指し、グローバル及びジオグラフィーのプログラム導入/実施を促進するため、ストア マネージャーやアシスタント ストア マネージャーをサポートしビジネスを加速させる。

2スタッフの教育及び能力開発をサポートするため、日々の業務のみならず、中期的視点で注力する業務を計画する。プレミアムな社員体験の実現。

3円滑な店舗運営を遂行するため、一つのファンクション(販売、ヴィジュアルマーチャンダイジング、トレーニング、オペレーション、シッピングアンドレシービングなど)を責任者として管理する。

4Nikeが定めるポリシーや規定を徹底し、優れたストアオペレーションを実行する。

5優れた戦略的計画の立案及び実行をサポートするため、積極的に提案を行う。

6本部の関係部署と協働して店舗およびスタッフの管理維持を行う。

・応募条件:

1Nikeブランドへの強い興味とパッションがあること

2リテールでの販売及びマネジメント経験(雇用形態不問)

3リテール及びアパレルの知識、流行やファッショントレンドに敏感であること

4周りを巻き込みリードしていくリーダーシップ能力とマネジメント能力があること

5問題解決能力があり、責任を持って意思決定ができること

6コミュニケーション能力が高く、周りとの関係構築をスムーズにできること

7英語スキルがあれば尚可(日常会話ができると好ましいが、ない場合も学ぶ意欲があれば可)
