About the role
Supervise, train and inspect the performance of assigned Room Attendants, Turndown Attendants and Floor Attendants, ensuring that all procedures are completed to the hotel's standards

What you will do

Verify room status on morning report; report discrepant rooms; prioritize and update status of checkout rooms. /モーニングレポートで部屋の状態を確認する。不一致のある部屋を報告する。チェックアウト部屋の状態をアップデートし、作業の優先順位付けをする。

· Check the room status through HotSOS and assign the designated Room Attendant. /HotSOSで部屋のステータス確認し、担当ルームアテンダントを配置する。

· Inspect rooms cleaned by assigned room attendants, using designated checklist. Ensure rooms are cleaned to the hotel specifications. Follow up on corrections; directly contact room attendant and relay any deficiencies to be corrected. /所定のチェックリストを用いて、担当ルームアテンダントが清掃した部屋をインスペクションする。ホテルの基準に従って部屋が清掃されていることを徹底する。修正のフォローアップを行う。ルームアテンダントに直接、修正すべき不備を伝える。

· Complete work order of maintenance / repairs and report to housekeeping coordinator. Contact directly for urgent repairs. /メンテナンス/修理の作業オーダーを完了し、ハウスキーピングコーディネーターに報告する。緊急の修理は直接連絡する。

· Accommodate guest requests of Housekeeping items or additional supplies expediently and courteously. Follow up on delivery and return of all such items. /ゲストからのハウスキーピングアイテムや追加補充のリクエストには臨機応変に、礼儀正しく応対する。ハウスキーピングアイテムのお届け、返却のフォローアップを行う。

· Restock mini bar items /ミニバーアイテムの補充。 · Keep clean all guest corridors, BOH pantries and corridors /ゲスト用廊下、作業用パントリー、廊下を清潔に保つ。

· Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving. Review status of assignments and any follow-up action with manager and/or on-coming supervisor. /退勤の前に、全ての事務作業、シフト終了業務を完了する。マネージャーまたは次のシフトのスーパーバイザーと共に引継ぎ事項やフォローアップアクションを確認する。

· Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Housekeeping / Housekeeping Assistant Manager/その他、ディレクターオブハウスキーピング/ハウスキーピングアシスタントマネージャーが指示する業務を行う

What you bring

EDUCATION/学歴: High School education or equivalent experience/高校卒業もしくは同程度

EXPERIENCE/経歴: Preferred one to two years' experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization/フォーシーズンズおよび、他ラグジュアリーホスピタリティブランドにて、同等のポジションの経験が1~2年あることが望ましい。
· Ability to read, write and speak English & Japanese. /英語、日本語の読み書き、会話能力

Schedule & Hours:
