■お出迎え・ご案内

ご来店下さったお客様を笑顔でお出迎え。

席へご案内し、メニューのご説明などを行ないます。

■ご注文受け・配膳

笑顔でオーダー取りをお願いします。

提供時には、より一層お楽しみ頂けるような

料理説明を添えて提供できると尚良し。

■ドリンク作り

ビール、ハイボール、サワーなどの

簡単なドリンク作りもお願いします。

■お会計(レジ業務)

単なる作業にせず、お越し頂いたお礼と

お見送りを丁寧に。最後の印象も大切にしましょう。

■テーブルリセット・店内清掃

食器下げ、卓上の調味料補充や箸の整え直し。

空いた時間にはお客様が快適に過ごせるよう、

店内の清掃や整理整頓もお願いします。

■今までのキャリア・入社のキッカケ

飲食業界には20年近くいるのですが、直近は定食屋でアルバイト、

その前は品川で結婚式などの二次会なども行なうレストランで働いていました。

紹介をキッカケに入社しましたが、魅力と感じたのは、

ベンチャー企業的な挑戦的な部分と成長力でしたね。

元々名古屋が拠点の会社が、東京に出店していくのに

どんな運営するのか、非常に興味を持ちました。

■仕事のヤリガイ

元々料理人だったのですが、

自身の料理人としての限界を感じていました。

そんな中、ホールの接客力次第で、もっとお客様に

料理を美味しく召し上がって頂けるのでは?いう想いを持ち、

ホールでの接客にも積極的にチャレンジ。会社からも評価頂き

入社1年ちょっとで店長を任せて頂きました。

今はオープンキッチンで調理もしながら、

お客様に直接料理提供できることに大きなヤリガイを感じています。

■今後の目標

元々は自分のお店を持ちたいという目標がありましたが、

Ulivetoに入社して店長となってから、自身の成長を大きく実感。

まだまだUlivetoで、やるべきことがあるんじゃないかと思ってます。

現在、Ulivetoとして東京に3店舗展開していますが、

もっと店舗を増やしていって、自分は東京の店舗を管轄する

マネージャーになりたいですそれが今の目標です。

その実現の為にも、まずは自店の売上UP、

そして安定をさせていきたいと思っています。

■メッセージ

091″(マキビ)は席数32席で、キッチン2名、ホール2~3名で営業しています。

少数精鋭…一人三役くらいの役割を担うスタイルとなっていますね。

特にオープンキッチンということもあり、お肉を焼きながらお客様も見て、

スタッフに指示を出したり、お店全体を見ながらの仕事になるのが、

難しくもあり、醍醐味でもあるところだと思っています。

店長となって大変だと感じるのは、バイトさんの教育でしょうか。

自分では、できるだけフランクに優しく接することに気をつけていますが、

"甘やかし"になってはいけない、その子の為にならないので

厳しくすべきシーンでは厳しく向き合っています。

そうして信頼関係を築いていって、バイトさんが友達を連れて

食べに来たりしてくれた時は、とても嬉しく感じました。

Ulivetoはベンチャースピリットが溢れていて、

ドンドン挑戦していくところに、とても魅力があると思います。

組織的に、まだまだ改善するところはあると感じていますが、

だんだん改善されてきていますし、

何よりも社長が「従業員を守る」と理念に掲げて、

それを体現しているのが、凄いと思っています。

まだまだ成長中の会社だからこそ、

その中で自分も成長していける。
