仕事内容:
e are recruiting English-speaking tour guides for the inbound travel and tourism industry in Japan.
This position involves leading night tours in Tokyo for international guests who want to experience the city after dark. You will conduct customized tours based on each guest's interests, sharing Tokyo's unique charm, nightlife culture, and local experiences while exploring together.
Main Responsibilities
- Guiding night tours starting from 9:00 PM, with each tour lasting approximately 2–3 hours
- Planning and leading routes and spots tailored to guests' preferences and interests
- Answering guest questions and providing on-site support
(A detailed manual is provided, so you can start with confidence)
Both beginners and those with experience in the tourism or hospitality industry are very welcome to apply.

Training & Support — No Experience Needed
Most guides at KOKYO Travel started with no prior guiding experience.
We offer comprehensive training, including classroom sessions and on-site training, so you can confidently start guiding on your own.
You'll also have opportunities to improve your skills and build strong connections with fellow guides through regular training sessions and company events.

Ideal Candidate
- Available to work from 9:00 PM on both weekdays and weekends
(Main areas: Shinjuku & Shibuya) Able to submit shifts for at least 4 days per month
- Strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with guests
- Has a genuine hospitality mindset
Flexible and adaptable in dynamic situationsRequired Qualifications
Business-level English proficiency or higher
- TOEIC score of 800 or above (guideline)
- Business-level Japanese proficiency or higher
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in tourism, hospitality, or tour planning/operations
- No experience required — beginners are welcome

勤務時間・曜日:
- 20:00 ~23:00 (depending on tour starting time)
- Each tour lasts approximately 2–3 hours (mainly in the evening).
- Shift-based schedule; available from once a week (flexible and negotiable).
- Applicants who can flexibly work evening tours are welcome.
