・Web3領域での新規事業支援

DAO,NFT,ブロックチェーンなどのWeb3領域での新規事業戦略、調査研究、立ち上げ支援

・Web3領域での情報発信、啓蒙活動

Web3に関する記事寄稿、公演やセミナー等での情報発信を行い、クライアントのWeb3に対する正しい知見の獲得を支援
KPMGのWeb3に関するThought leadershipの実現

・ソリューション開発

KPMGとしてのWeb3領域における新たなソシューション・サービスの構築
KPMGの各チームや外部企業と連携して新たなソリューションやアセットを構築する

得ることができるスキル・経験

・Web3に関するコンサルテーションの経験

・Web3に関するコンサルメニュー構築の経験

・Web3に関する技術的専門知見

・国内/海外で実施されているWeb3の最前線に関する知見

・既存業務の拡張および0からの新規事業立ち上げ支援の経験

役割及び責任

Web3領域に関する高い専門性を獲得し、上長の指示のもと以下を実施する。

・Web3新規事業のための内部/外部環境分析

・市場性や事業性の調査検討

・Web3ソリューション開発に必要なコーディング

・新規事業に必要な環境整備(ノウハウ、人材、資金調達など)の支援

・関連法令の調査および対応の検討

・下位メンバーのマネジメント(進捗管理、品質管理など)

・Manager、Senior Managerの業務の内、難易度が低い箇所の実施

チームとクライアントをリードし確実な価値提供を達成する。

・Web3新規事業に向けた提案

・Web3関連事業のための計画策定、工程の立案

・Web3関連ソリューション開発に関する管理監督

・Web3に関するThought leadershipに向けた情報発信

経験業務

下記いずれかの経験を求めております

◆コンサルティング業務経験;

事業戦略立案、新規事業企画、ITコンサルティング業務のご経験

(コンサルティング経験者は対象業界など問わず幅広く歓迎いたします)

◆Web3関連技術経験;

ブロックチェーン、NFT、STO、暗号資産等の業務経験

◆ITエンジニア経験;

サーバ構築やネットワーク等のインフラエンジニア経験、アプリケーションエンジニア経験、AIやRPA等の構築経験

Manager、Senior Managerは上記に加えて

◆ITに関する広い経験:

特定の業務システムやパッケージに閉じない、幅広いITに関する経験

◆チームマネージメント経験:

3人以上のメンバーをつけてプロジェクトをマネジメントした経験

◆クライアント折衝経験:

クライアントとのプロジェクトスコープ調整・価格交渉等の折衝経験

9:15〜17:15(マネジャー未満は左記を標準時間とするフレックスタイム制(コアタイムは9:00〜17:00のうち3時間))
