A:プロジェクトの都合上、所定労働時間外の勤務や休日出社をしなければならない場合があります。労働時間管理、仕事の進捗管理を徹底し、健康管理および法令順守に努めています。

【研修制度】

システム開発の全工程において、プログラムをコーディングする期間は1-2割程度と言われています。それ以外の期間は仕様のすり合わせや動作確認の時間にあてられます。そのため、実業務ではホウレンソウスキルや作業指示の行間を埋める質問力が求められ、その相互理解を促す国語力(文章力)が問われます。コンピュータが正確に理解できるように論理的に記述するのがプログラミング言語ですので、突き詰めていけば、文章力にも通じていると言えます。

プログラミング経験者はもちろん、未経験の方でも実務で即戦力となれるよう、創業以来30年のノウハウが詰まった実践的な研修を用意しています。ITスキルだけではなく、ホウレンソウスキル、質問力が、総合的に身に付く実践的な研修となっています。
