人気ECサイト「藤巻百貨店」を運営する当社は、日本の職人・クリエイター500超と共創し、70万件超の顧客行動データを活かして価値あるブランドを創るD2C企業です。

当社が運営するECサイト「藤巻百貨店」では、⽇々"⽇本のいいモノ"をお客様に届けています。

今回募集するのは、商品づくりの中心に立ち、顧客の声と作り手の技をつなぐ商品開拓営業(バイヤー)・商品MD・生産管理ポジション。

コンテンツ編集・マーケター、職人と連携し「本当に欲しい商品」を企画・開発し、生産スケジュールや品質をマネジメントし、売れる仕組みと藤巻百貨店らしい切り口、作り手の魅力が両立する"ものづくり"を支えます。

単なる"仕入れ"ではなく、顧客データに基づいた商品・別注企画立案、在庫・生産戦略まで、モノづくり全体に関われる裁量の大きい環境です。

・基本的なPCスキル(Officeなどを業務レベルで問題なく使える方)

・WebやEC・モノに興味関⼼があり、丁寧かつスピーディに業務を遂⾏できる⽅

・商品企画、MD、バイヤー、生産管理の実務経験

・生産管理や品質管理の知識

・職人やモノづくりに関わる仕事への興味・リスペクト

・営業経験(BtoB提案型営業、BtoC接客など)

・チームをまとめた経験(部活の主将、文化祭の企画リーダー等)

・旅行や合宿の幹事役(行程・予算・調整の経験)

・数値管理や分析が好きな方(Excel操作や売上分析が得意など)

・英語資料読解レベルの語学スキル

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 22日

勤務時間:10:00~19:00(休憩時間 1時間)

※平均残業時間は月20時間以下です

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 20万円 〜 28万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円 〜 7万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり32時間15分)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する
