ビジネスストラテジー&イノベーション部は、生命保険新商品開発プロジェクトのプロジェクトマネージャーチームと、ビジネス戦略を踏まえたとIT戦略立案およびビジネス戦略をITとしてサポートする役割を担うBusiness Architectureチームとビジネス要件とテストケースを提供するビジネスアナリストチームで構成されます。

ビジネスストラテジー&イノベーション部では、生命保険の新商品開発におけるプロジェクトをリードできるシニアプロジェクトマネージャーを募集しています。
中長期的な商品戦略に基づき、大規模かつ複雑なプロジェクトを推進し、社内外のステークホルダーと連携しながら、期限内・予算内で高品質な成果を実現していただきます。

【主な職責】
新商品開発プロジェクトの計画策定・進捗管理(スコープ、コスト、スケジュール、品質)
商品コンセプトから販売戦略までの全体推進
社内関連部門(商品企画、営業、IT、オペレーション)との連携
NNグループ内の関連組織や本国との調整・報告
プロジェクトリスクの管理と課題解決
プロジェクト進捗報告および経営層への説明
ジュニアPMメンバーへのメンタリング、コーチング

【Explanation of division】

The Business Strategy & Innovation Division consists of three teams: the Project Manager team for new life insurance product development projects, the Business Architecture team, which plays a role in formulating IT strategies based on business strategies and supporting business strategies as IT, and the Business Analyst team, which provides consistent quality of business requirements and test case definition.

【Job Description】

The Business Strategy & Innovation Division is seeking a Senior Project Manager who can lead new product development projects in the life insurance. Based on medium- to long-term product strategies, you will drive large-scale and complex projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality results within deadlines and budgets.

Main Responsibilities:

Planning and progress management of new product development projects (scope, cost, schedule, quality)
Overall promotion from product concept to sales strategy
Collaboration with related internal Divisions (product planning, sales, IT, operations)
Coordination and reporting with related organizations within the NN Group and headquarters
Project risk management and problem solving
Project progress reporting and explanations to management
Mentoring and coaching junior PM members

Must Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

Over 5 years of project management experience (successful track record in large-scale projects in complex, regulated environments)
Prince2, PMP, Agile certifications (preferred)
Experience in the insurance or financial industry (preferred)
Native-level Japanese and business English proficiency
Ability to translate business requirements into technology requirements
Project budget and progress management
Skills in meeting facilitation, effective reporting, presentation, and workshop facilitation
