仕事内容:

私たちは「世界をもっとビビッドに」をビジョンに掲げ、クリエイターの才能とIP(アニメ・漫画・ゲームなど)の魅力を掛け合わせ、ファンに熱狂を届けるD2C事業、プロモーション支援、新規IP開発を展開しています。

当社のMD(商品企画・生産管理)として、アニメ・漫画・ゲームなどのIP(版権)を活用したグッズの企画・提案から、製造進行管理、最終的な納品・販売戦略までを幅広くご担当いただきます。

企画から一貫してIPグッズを担当できるからこそ、深い思い入れを持ちながら取り組むことができます。

【具体的な業務内容】

■企画立案

・キャラクターやIPの世界観、ファンのインサイトを活かした商品アイデアの創出

・市場やトレンドのリサーチ、データ分析に基づく企画

■制作進行管理

・社内のデザイナーや外部の製造工場との連携

・品質チェック(クオリティ担保)、スケジュール管理

■マーケティング・販促

・商品の販売戦略(価格設定、販売チャネル選定など)の立案

・売上・利益の数値分析や販促施策の立案

★漫画やアニメなどの日本コンテンツ好きが集まっています

【必須経験】

・キャラクター/IPグッズの商品企画・生産管理経験(目安:1年以上)

【歓迎する経験】

・Illustrator・Photoshopでの簡単な画像トリミングやレイアウト調整のスキル

・イベントや実店舗、EC販促の運営実務のサポート経験経験

勤務時間・曜日:

月40~100時間程度の稼働を想定(それ以上も歓迎、相談可)
