【業務内容】

• Support for recruitment activities and HR operations
• Planning and operation of internal events and all-hands meetings
• Office environment improvement, upkeep, and equipment management

[Communications Division]

• Support for PR activities (handling interviews, updating SNS and website, basic design support)

【About AIRoA】
AIRoA was established in December 2024 with two core objectives: "to revolutionize the technology of robot development through the fusion of robots and AI" and "to promote the use of robots in society." While AI is rapidly advancing worldwide, the shortage of data in robot development has become a critical issue.

To address this challenge, we are running a national flagship project funded by NEDO (New Energy and Industrial Technology Development Organization), with an investment of over JPY 20 billion.

●Recruitment Background

Your role will be that of a "Communications Activator," energizing the organization from within. Your mission is to communicate, connect, and amplify AIRoA's vision, activities, and culture both inside and outside the organization.

You will serve as a driving force for organizational communication, supporting the creation of a new ecosystem in the AI × robotics field. Acting as a connector across divisions, people, and stakeholders, you will play a key role in activating communication throughout AIRoA as a whole.

●Future Mission

In your first 1–2 years, you will be assigned to the Administration Division and rotate across different functions on a quarterly to semiannual basis to deepen your understanding of the organization. After that, you will move into a more specialized area based on your interests, aptitude, and organizational needs.

AIRoA is driving the development of AI × robotics foundation models and the creation of a robot data ecosystem where data is openly shared. In other words, we are building an international technology platform that developers around the world can participate in.

●Our Office

We currently operate out of a spacious office and research facility of over 1,000 m² located in the Ryutsu Center area. In this space, our business teams and engineering teams work in close collaboration, advancing both day-to-day operations and R&D with AI robots always close at hand. The facility is frequently visited not only by members of the AI Robot Association, but also by engineers and researchers from partner companies and representatives from member companies. As a result, it serves as a hub where diverse experts at the forefront of AI and robotics gather and interact.
