収益性の低下した築古ビルを高収益ビルへとリノベーションし、再販するリノベーション推進部。

時代に即した事業スタイルによって拡大中の同組織で、物件企画を行っていただきます。

物件企画(コンセプトに合わせた内装・設備・構造に関する構想など)

コスト管理

設計・施工業者への発注・交渉

プロジェクト管理

入居テナント誘致 など

8:45~17:45(実働8時間、休憩1時間)
