Proposing businesses related to Japan's biggest online marketplace "Rakuten Ichiba" to Korean merchants. Developing of new businesses for sales channel expansion of Korean merchants.
Position: Supporting Korean merchants who are willing to sell on Rakuten Ichiba, calling or visiting Korean merchants for further business development, conducting seminars, strengthening alliance with new and existing partners, and so forth.
Many opportunities to develop business with small/medium-sized and listed enterprises. After joining the team, your role will not be restricted to only new merchant acquisition, but will be encouraged to work collaboratively with other teams for logistics, marketing solutions, and so on. You will also be provided opportunities to develop broad career through strategy planning on Korean cosmetics, fashion, etc.
Mandatory Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree
• Over 3 years of business experience
• Able to adopt to quick-changing business environment
• High communication skills (requires negotiations with foreign enterprises)
• Japanese (Business level)
• Korean (Business level/can communicate with local enterprises with proficiency)
Desired Qualifications:
• Sales experience with Korean enterprises
• Business planning/proposal, solution or consultative sales
• Sales or strategical planning experience in cross-border e-commerce

English Qualification:
• TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability) or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country
• If no evidence is available to prove the qualifications denoted above, taking an IP test, organized by Rakuten, during selection process is required.
