オーダースーツの販売・法人営業(販路開拓あり/正社員)

仕事内容:

オーダースーツブランド「MASHIKO TAILOR」にて、販売・接客業務および販路開拓を担当していただきます。

【具体的には】

・店舗での接客、採寸、コーディネート提案

・既存顧客フォロー

・新規顧客の獲得(紹介営業・法人営業など)

・販路開拓およびイベント企画

・SNS発信、ブランディング施策の実行

基本は店舗常駐となりますが、営業活動や販路開拓など、ご自身の強みを活かして主体的に動いていただける環境です。

単なる販売スタッフではなく、ブランドの成長を担うポジションです。

MASHIKO TAILORは、サイズ感と美しいシルエットにこだわるオーダースーツブランドです。

現在は代表一名で運営しており、今回が一人目の正社員採用となります。

裁量が大きく、自ら考え行動できる環境です。

勤務時間・曜日:

【勤務時間】

平日 12:00~20:00

土日 11:00~20:00

※休憩1時間

※実働7~8時間

※完全週休2日制(曜日は応相談)

原則なし

※繁忙期や商談・外部営業等により発生する場合あり

【勤務形態】

固定時間制

※基本は店舗常駐

※販路開拓や法人営業など、業務内容に応じて外出可

※業務状況に応じて勤務時間の調整可(裁量あり)

休暇・休日:

・完全週休2日制(シフト制)

・月8~9日休み

・年末年始休暇

・有給休暇(法定通り付与)

・慶弔休暇

※希望休は事前申請により取得可能

※営業活動や業務状況に応じて柔軟に調整可

勤務地:

※転勤なし

※顧客対応に伴い、全国への出張販売あり(福岡・名古屋など/年数回程度)

※出張の可否は事前相談の上決定

給与:

■ 給与補足

月給23万円~30万円(本採用後)

※経験・能力を考慮の上決定

別途インセンティブ支給あり(個人売上に応じて支給)

固定残業代なし

※時間外労働が発生した場合は法定通り別途支給

試用期間3か月

月給22万円

交通費支給(上限30,000円/月)

給与・報酬: 230,000円 - 300,000円 月給
