仕事内容:

主な業務内容

AIがルーティンワークを担うため、お客様とのコミュニケーションや最終チェックなど、「人」にしかできない高品質なサポートに専念していただきます。

1. 顧客対応・コミュニケーションサポート

  • 問い合わせ対応(チャット・電話)
  • IVRy(電話自動応答)経由や、Taxsy(プロダクト)のチャットで寄せられる既存ユーザーからの問い合わせに対応(AIによる自動化により、発生頻度は少なめ)
  • AIによる自動通知内容の確認とフォロー
  • AIが自動通知した「今月のやること」「リスクスコア」「税金予測」などについて、ユーザーからの質問や追加要望に対応し、円滑な月次処理をサポート
  • 定期面談動画の整理・管理
  • ユーザーとの面談回数の把握や、面談後のフォローアップのための動画整理

2. データ・書類に関する最終チェックと調整

  • 資料アップロード状況のチェック
  • AIが検知しきれなかった、必要書類の抜け漏れや、アップロードされた取引データとの突合チェックの最終確認
  • 税務チェックの最終確認・調整
  • AIが行った一次判定(勘定科目、税区分、期ズレ、交際費/会議費の判断、追加質問など)の結果を確認し、人間による「最終確認」として税理士へのエスカレーションやユーザーへの情報確認

3. オンボーディングサポート

  • 対話型オンボーディングのサポート
  • AIが実施する初期設定案内や必要情報のヒアリング、プロダクトの使い方案内などの対話型オンボーディング(初期導入)プロセスにおいて、AIが解決できなかった課題や複雑なケースのサポート
