仕事内容

  • 私たちメイクは、大阪市港区に密着した不動産とリフォームの両方を扱う住まいの総合カンパニーです。今回募集するのは営業職。不動産事業営業もしくはリフォーム事業の営業職をお任せします。どちらの経験も同じくらい必要とされているため、これまでのキャリアをそのまま活かせる環境です。

  • 港区で25年。地域に根ざした紹介と反響が非常に多く、案件の質も安定しています。営業が手持ち無沙汰になる隙はなく、経験者であれば入社後すぐに勝負できる土台があります。もちろん転職の際は、あなたがこれまで培ってキャリアをしっかりと評価して、スタート給与を優遇いたします。

  • 不動産営業は、売買仲介、自社仕入れ、借地案件、調査など幅広く担当できます。地域で長年積み上げてきた信用とネットワークがあるため、自分の営業力次第で大きく伸ばせます。

  • リフォーム営業は、現地調査から提案、積算、職人手配、完工管理、アフターフォローまで一貫して担当。生活改善の小工事から大型リフォームまで幅広く、リピート率が高いのも強みです。施工品質にもこだわりがあり、経験者ほど面白さを感じられます。

  • とはいえ、紹介と反響に甘えるつもりはありません。不動産とリフォームの両軸で、未来を見据えて「攻める営業」にも挑戦していきます。既存顧客への深耕、イベント、SNS、新しい営業の仕掛けなど、経験者のアイデアを積極的に形にしていきたいと考えています。

  • 入社後は営業職としてスタートし、あなたの強みに合わせて不動産営業かリフォーム営業の専任に。双方の連携が強いため、会社としても経験者の視点が非常にありがたいフェーズです。

  • メイクはいま、ベテラン社員が多く在籍しています。人情味あふれる人たちばかりですが、そろそろバトンを渡したいと考えている時期でもあります。不動産とリフォーム、どちらも事業を強化したい今こそ、経験者が中心に立てるチャンスがあります。

お任せする業務内容

・紹介や反響からの問い合わせ対応(飛び込み・ノルマなし)

・相談内容のヒアリング、提案、契約対応

・不動産営業:仲介、仕入れ、借地案件、調査など

・リフォーム営業:現調、提案、積算、職人手配、品質管理、アフターフォロー

・既存顧客への提案、営業施策の企画

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり22日

勤務時間:9:00~18:00

給与詳細


※基本給・固定残業代の総額

基本給:月給 30万円 〜 45万円

固定残業代:あり

1ヶ月あたり5万円(固定残業時間:1ヶ月あたり30時間)

固定残業時間を超えた勤務時間については別途残業代を支給する

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

  • 前職給与を考慮して優遇しますまずは面接でじっくり話し合いましょう経験や実績に応じて前職給与の保証も可能です。

未経験者は月給25万円~

  • 固定残業代30h分(5万円)含む

※超過分別途支給

給与例

  • 700万円/40歳/不動産営業経験者…月給35万円+インセンティブ
  • 850万円/45歳/不動産営業経験者…月給40万円+インセンティブ
