役割の目的・成果目標
ERP・システム開発・オフショア開発などのITソリューションにおいて、
新規開拓と既存拡大をリードし、営業チームの成長と組織売上の最大化を担うポジションです。
主な成果目標は以下

パイプラインの構築・精度向上(案件進捗・成約率など)
営業担当3名の育成:・成果向上
SAP/パートナー企業とのアライアンス推進
社内関連部門との連携強化による提案・納品体制の確立
主な職務内容
営業戦略の策定・実行
ターゲット設定、案件パイプライン管理、商談支援・契約交渉の主導
チームマネジメント
営業担当3名の育成・評価、KPI設計、部門間連携の推進
顧客・パートナー対応
主要顧客・SAP・SI企業との関係構築、アップセル推進
市場・提案改善
競合分析、ソリューション構成・提案資料の改善
営業運営・財務管理
売上・利益・回収状況の管理、実績報告・分析
応募要件・スキル/経験
必須要件:
ITサービス/コンサルティング/ソフトウェア営業経験(7年以上)
営業チームのマネジメントまたは育成経験(2年以上)
数千万円〜数億円規模の案件受注実績
ERP/SI提案の知見、複雑案件の商談経験
日本語ネイティブレベル、ビジネス英語(読解・会話)
高いリーダーシップ・交渉力・論理的思考力

SAP関連プロジェクト経験、またはパートナー企業との協業経験
オフショア開発・クロスボーダー案件の知見
営業プロセス構築・事業戦略立案の経験
給与・待遇
固定給:700万円〜1,200万円(経験・スキル・実績により優遇)
