仕事内容:

JR東日本関連企業で、ICカードや電子マネーサービス「PASMO」に関する事務業務のサポートをお願いします。

*備品管理

*申請データの確認や押印作業

*予実入力(請求書等)

*入退社や異動に伴う権限設定、USB等の申請データの確認、台帳入力、定期的な棚卸確認

*入退室申請に関する業務(申請書取扱い、メール送付)

*会議室予約や準備、座席表更新、各種社内通知

*その他、付随する庶務や来客、電話応対など

3年程度の事務経験がある方やWord(初級レベル)・Excel(関数初級レベル)のスキルをお持ちの方を歓迎します

配属先は4名ほどの少人数の部署で、20代〜40代の女性が多く活躍している職場です。落ち着いた雰囲気の中で、わからないことがあってもすぐに質問・相談ができる安心の環境が整っています。

勤務地は新宿駅から徒歩10分、都庁前駅から徒歩7分とアクセス抜群です。朝はゆとりの9:30出勤なので、ラッシュを少し避けて通勤できるのも魅力。オフィスには休憩室やロッカーも完備されており、快適に働けます。
