◆仕事内容◆

スタジアムや大型商業施設、教育機関などの建設プロジェクトが計画通り、安全に進むよう「施工管理をサポートする仕事」です。

実際に工事を行ったり、重い資材を運んだりすることはありません。

施工管理のアシスタント役として、工事の進捗確認や資材の発注、図面の簡単な修正、チェックなどをお任せします。

〈具体的な業務内容〉

・施工現場の写真撮影

・各種データの入力作業

・日報、報告書、申請書の作成

・プロジェクトのスケジュール調整

・CADソフトを利用し図面の修正

・資材の発注、在庫管理

・協力会社への連絡など

※入社後2ヶ月間は、現場を理解するために現場業務を経験していただきます。

最初はできることから一つずつ覚えていけば大丈夫。

業務を通じて少しずつ専門知識を身につけ、

無理なくステップアップできる環境です。

・高卒以上

・自動車運転免許

・PCスキル(Word、Excel、ビジネスメールなどの使用経験)がある方

・1級電気工事施工管理技士

勤務時間・曜日:

8:30~17:30

※10月~3月の間は8:30~17:00

※月間平均残業時間40時間以下

※状況に応じて夜間勤務あり

休暇・休日:

・週休2日制(土日祝休み)

・年間休日125日

・夏季休暇

・年末年始休暇

勤務地:

【本社事務所】広島県福山市山手町4丁目5-22

※サブコンへ配属(客先常駐勤務)となります。(広島市中区、南区、福山市、尾道市)

※ご本人の希望がなければ異動はありません。

給与:

・月給:232,000円~300,000円

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(期間中は月給200,000円)
