業務内容:
電気保安監督業務:
保安規程に基づいた電気工作物の保安監督業務全般
保安教育の実施(資料確認、年1回実施、結果取りまとめ確認)
電気工事に関する書類のレビュー・承認(工事計画届の要否判断を含む)
停電作業手順書の確認・承認、立会い(特別高圧・高圧設備、低圧キュービクル操作を伴う作業)
電気工作物の災害対策における現場指揮
保安業務記録の確認・承認
保安用器材及び書類の整備状況確認
巡視、点検計画の承認、結果の承認
事故報告(経済産業省への報告を含む)
設置者(ボッシュ、横浜市)への定期報告(月1回程度)
電気事業法に関する経済産業省への届出(保安規程改訂、選解任届、工事計画届、ばい煙発生施設に関する変更の届出)
代務者の選任
施設管理業務:
電気設備を含む建物全体の維持管理・修繕計画の策定・実行
協力会社(東急コミュニティー等)との連携・管理
その他、施設管理に関する業務全般
資格
応募資格:
必須:
以下のいずれかを満たすこと
① 第二種電気主任技術者資格保有
② 第三種電気主任技術者資格保有、かつ特別高圧電気工作物の事業所における実務経験2年以上
電気事業法、その他関連法規に関する知識
報告書作成スキル
基本的なPCスキル(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
