【職務内容】
■損害保険会社において、医療保険(がん保険)と火災保険のコンタクトセンター(コールセンター+事務センター:20名規模)のトータルマネジメントをご担当いただきます。
■採用に始まり、日々の労務管理から人事考課まで一般的なマネジメントがあるのはもちろんのこと、CS・ES向上のための具体的施策や、業務フロー・使用システムの改修、イレギュラーケースにおける個別判断など、幅広くご対応いただきます。
■また、自身が所属する部署の会議はもちろん、全社的な会議にも参加いただきます。
■実際に手を動かす場面は多くはありませんが、マネジメントを行うにあたり業務スキルが必要になりますので、最初は第一線でお客さま対応を行っているオペレーターと一緒に研修等を受けていただき、業務スキルを習得するところからスタートしていただく想定です。(その他詳細は面談でお伝えします)

■PCスキル(Wordでのビジネス文書作成、Excelでの数値分析、PowerPointでのプレゼンテーション資料作成)
■10名以上の組織でのマネジメント経験(採用、労務管理、人事考課等)
■保険会社での5年以上の就業経験
