【概要】

「新たな食の創造」によって人類をもっと健康に、もっとハッピーにしていく事を掲げる日清食品では、現在の商品やビジネスモデルにとどまらず、中長期的な様々な挑戦をしています。

新ブランド『完全メシ』を用いた、企業内の給食社食サービスの新規営業・企画業務をメインにお任せします。

具体的には下記業務を想定しています。

・給食会社への新規顧客開拓営業および深耕営業

・社員食堂がある企業(人事総務部門)への『完全メシ食堂』サービスの導入提案

・導入後のオペレーション課題に対してのソリューション考案(サービスの維持・改善)

開始して間もない新規事業のため、サービスそのものを一緒に創り上げる事はもちろんの事、既存の仕組みをより良くしていくアイデア、実行力も発揮いただけます。

※最適化栄養食とは

主要な栄養素がバランスよく適切に調整された最適化栄養食というコンセプト。

そのコンセプトを背景に日清食品のフードテックによって誕生した栄養とおいしさのバランスを追求した「完全メシ」ブランドなどがあります。

※上記雇い入れ直後の予定業務です。

会社方針や従業員の適性その他の理由により、会社の定める業務への異動を命じることがあります。

【必須要件】

①BtoB営業経験または新規事業経験(食品業界、給食・外食業界、健康経営関連サービス 歓迎)

②課題解決型営業の経験(商品を売るだけでなく、顧客の経営課題に合わせた企画・提案力)

③新規開拓の経験

①営業だけでなく企画・サービス開発に関わった経験

②価格が高く導入障壁のある商材の営業経験

③導入後フォローに携わった経験

  • 就業時間 9:00-17:40(休憩時間60分間)※フレックス制度有

  • 休日 土日・祝日、年末年始

  • 有給休暇 有(入社時から発生:入社月により5日~14日)

  • 役職定年制度:FA制度(6級職以上(管理職)対象)

・6級職は52歳、7級職は54歳、8級職は56歳で役職定年が適用

・役職定年後に専任職として継続雇用される場合、処遇の減額あり

※役職定年年齢に該当する場合も能力や経験に応じて処遇は要相談
