Key Responsibilities:
Provide in-person technical support (Windows/Mac/Linux)
Support and maintain IT infrastructure (network devices, UPS)
Manage IT assets and peripherals (receiving, storage, disposal)
Procure and track IT inventory
Image and set up devices for new hires
Communicate via tickets, email, and chat
Ensure compliance with IT and security policies
Handle secure disposal of IT media
Improve operational processes and tools
Mandatory Requirements:
3+ years of IT-related experience
Japanese lanaguage (JLPT N1 and above)
CCNA-level networking knowledge
Hardware/software troubleshooting skills
Ability to work occasional weekends/nights and on-call
