What you'll need to succeed
Provide Level 1 helpdesk support for end users, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues.
Assist with laptop setup, including OS installation, resets, and cleaning.
Support the team in using software tools such as Jira, Intune, and Teams.
Document support requests and maintain accurate records in ticketing systems.
Direct user support (such as printer setup, Word/Excel troubleshooting)
Front-desk operations of the IT team
What you'll get in return

Familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Intune, etc.).
Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.
Japanese/English proficiency sufficient for daily work
