Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Create standard certificates and issue.
- Telephone operation from customer and dealer
- Customer management for field service
- Quotation
- Communication with internal and external customer
- dispatch and schedule management in the future
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum requirements
- 2-3 years' experience as Sales support or Service support job
- PC skill (MS office, Excel, Word, PPT)
- Native-level Japanese with strong overall communication skills
- Strong team player
- Strong aspirations for self-growth in a global company
- Able to read and write in English; willingness to learn English and to make efforts to speak in English when required
Ideal requirements (additional to above requirement)
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Experience of service support in a global (non-Japanese) company
- Experience of SAP (ERP) operation
- Intermediate or above English Skills (speaking and listening)
