ウーブン・バイ・トヨタは、トヨタの100年に一度のモビリティ・カンパニーへの変革に寄与していきます。「自分以外の誰かのために」発明を続けたという歴史からインスピレーションを受けた私たちのミッションーそれは、モビリティの定義を拡げ、そしてモビリティが社会に貢献する方法を拡張し、人を想うイノベーションで、モビリティの常識に挑み続けることです。
私たちは4つの柱を中心に活動しています:自動運転・先進運転支援システム技術のAD/ADAS、SDV(ソフトウェア定義車両)のための車両ソフトウェア生産プラットフォームであるArene、モビリティのテストコースであるWoven City、そして協業基盤を支えるデジタル・インフラストラクチャのCloud & AIです。また、ビジネスに不可欠な機能がこれらのチームの実装を下支えし、一丸となって「事故ゼロ社会」と「幸せの量産」の実現に向けて取り組んでいます。

Woven Cityには未来のモビリティへの想いを共有する多様な仲間が集まります。Inventors(インベンターズ/発明家)、住民、ビジターは、ヒト・モビリティ・社会インフラが連携する街の形をしたテストコースで、生活をしながら様々なプロダクトやサービスを実証します。

求める人材
私たちは、交通事故死傷者ゼロを目指し、ヒト・モビリティ・インフラの三位一体で交通安全を追求しています。その中でもインフラ分野に注力し、交通円滑性と安全性の両立を実現するプロダクト開発にチャレンジしています。この取り組みをさらに加速させるため、私たちは、高いモチベーションと情熱、そして技術力を備え、機械学習モデルの構造を理解した上で本番稼働環境への適用・性能改善に取り組んできたエンジニアを募集しています。このポジションでは、交通・モビリティ領域や関連分野、または他分野からの知見を活かし、機械学習モデルの開発・運用スキルを発揮し、交通安全性の向上や交通効率化に直結するサービスの実現を担っていただきます。
業務内容- 複数の交通参加者(車両・歩行者・自転車など)の時系列位置情報などを用いて、将来の挙動を推論するモデルを設計・開発・運用する
- Woven Cityでの実証試験を可能とする、人、車両、モノの物理アクセス制御システムを設計・開発・運用する
- 他エンジニアと協力して要件定義、アーキテクチャ設計、コーディング、テスト等のソフトウェア開発工程を遂行
- 多様なチーム(シティプラットフォーム、オペレーションズ、セキュリティなど)との協働による安全・包括的な要件策定
- ステークホルダー(TMCやトヨタグループ各社等)との連携・調整
- 積極的な貢献とメンターシップによるチーム全体の技術力向上の推進
- 機械学習、データサイエンス、統計学、コンピュータサイエンスまたは関連分野の学士号(修士号・博士号あれば尚可)、または同等の業務経験
- Pythonなどのプログラミング言語、およびPyTorch、TensorFlow、scikit-learnなどのフレームワークを用いた、商用またはそれに準ずるシステム開発経験(3年以上)
- 機械学習分野における、ソフトウェアの技術選定・要求分析・設計・実装・運用・改善の実務経験
- Git、Docker、CI/CDを使用した基本的なソフトウェア開発の知識がある
- MLOps工程(データ準備、前処理、モデル学習、評価、最適化、デプロイ)に関する知識がある
- 問題発見・解決能力、主体的な業務遂行、円滑なコミュニケーションスキル
- ビジネスレベルの日本語能力、および英語スキル向上への強い意欲
- 時系列位置情報や地図情報を用いた、移動体位置推定や衝突予測アルゴリズムの経験
- 時系列情報に対する、データ解析やモデリングの経験
- 地図情報・GISデータに対する、データ解析やモデリングの経験
- 確率的生成モデル・状態推定モデルの理解と応用経験
- 交通・自動運転領域などの関連分野の業界知識
- ビジネスレベルでの英語力
