R&D Assistant (Python Engineer) – Bilingual (Japanese & English)

This position focuses on Python-based software development for smart speaker systems and voice data processing, supporting both simulation and real-world applications.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and optimize solutions that enhance remote communication and well-being within the mobility technology ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and optimize Python programs for edge devices (e.g., Raspberry Pi) and smart speaker systems
Develop and maintain software for voice data processing and hardware-adaptive computation
Build and manage databases, analyze data, and generate models for advanced mobility solutions
Coordinate meetings, facilitate discussions, and prepare presentation materials
Collaborate with related organizations to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Over 3 years of professional experience as a software engineer
Strong Python skills (version 3.9+), especially on edge devices
Experience with Gitbash and AWS (preferably IoT Core and IAM)
Business-level Japanese proficiency
Nice-to-Haves
Experience developing software for smart speakers
Machine learning and Large Language Model (LLM) development experience
Voice recognition and audio processing expertise

【必須条件】

ビジネスレベルの日本語力
