Broad Function:
Your mission is to expand our presence and business growth in the area of responsibility. Key responsibilities include:
- Achieving sales targets for Order Received and Order Invoice
- Expanding business opportunities through new customers, dealers, and products
- Increasing market share and customer satisfaction
- Management and education of subordinates and dealers
- Competence development of dealers
- Fostering good relationships with internal team members and external companies
Principal Responsibilities:
Main duties include:
- Business development and strategic sales action planning
- Managing customers and dealers
- Developing new customers, dealers, and application products
- Controlling costs while maximizing orders received and functional costs
- Managing the entire process from inquiry to purchase order
- Managing dealer databases and implementing annual training plans
- Visting customers to increase business opportunities
- Maintaining accurate sales information in C4C
- Accelerating sales promotions, campaigns, and Airchitect for increased business growth
- Conducting sales training for customers and dealers
- Building relationships with customers and dealers' management teams
- Market analysis and segmentation
- Identifying new potential customers and dealers
- Driving customer satisfaction through collaboration with internal members
- Timely reporting and weekly meetings with subordinates using C4C
Qualification Requirements:
We seek candidates with:
- A graduate degree in mechanical or electrical engineering from a university
- At least 10 years of sales experience in the industry and/or manufacturing
- Strong technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical engineering
- Industrial segmentation and application knowledge
- Excellent English language skills (TOEIC)
- Proficiency in PC skills, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Cohesive coaching skills
