葬儀業界のリーディングカンパニーに

成長している「金宝堂グループ」。

当社グループは全国エリアで葬祭運営や、

仏壇仏具の店頭・EC販売を手掛ける

グループ会社18社を擁し、

グループ全体で年商450億円へと

事業規模を拡大しています。

今回は監査の専門性を活かし、

経営監視機能をリードしていただく、

常勤監査役を募集します。

上場企業やIPO準備企業での監査経験や、

経営陣との折衝・ガバナンス強化に

取締役会や経営陣と連携しながら職務を

遂行いただきたいと考えています。

常勤監査役として上場に向けた

ガバナンス強化を牽引してください。

法令遵守の監視をはじめ、

内部統制や経営監督など幅広い領域を

お任せできればと思っております。

  • 内部統制の整備、会計領域

業務フローに関する

監査および指導・助言

  • 取締役会、監査役会

株主総会への出席ならびに各種対応

  • 監査方針および監査計画の策定
  • 監査法人、証券会社

取引所との折衝・連携

  • 監査報告書の作成

および取締役等への監督・助言

取締役会や経営陣・各部門長と連携し、

監査役の立場から

経営判断に資する助言を行いながら、

上場基準に適合するガバナンス体制の

強化を主導いただきます。

勤務時間:9:30~19:00

(休憩時間1時間30分)

基本給:年俸 600万円 〜 1000万円

固定残業代:なし

※残業手当は管理監督者のため支給無
