主な業務内容:
- Establish internal audit department policies and frameworks
- Plan and execute J-SOX compliance phases
- Report audit findings to CEO and board
- Conduct financial, operational, and compliance audits
- Collaborate with external auditors during audit periods
- Evaluate and improve risk management and governance
- Design and assess IT General Controls and Application Controls
応募資格:
- 5+ years of internal audit or audit firm experience
- Intermediate English proficiency for reporting
- Knowledge of financial and management principles
- Understanding of internal controls and risk management
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or CPA is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience with J-SOX compliance
- Experience in establishing internal audit departments is preferred but not mandatory
- Proficiency in Japanese and business English
- Experience with IT General Controls (ITGC) and Application Controls (ITAC)
