日本の金融システム全体の安定を担う金融庁にて、大手銀行のモニタリングに特化する仕事です。日本を代表する大手銀行のリスク・経営全般に関するモニタリングと分析を行ない、金融危機のような状況を未然に防ぐ役割を担います。
- モニタリングで、銀行経営の本質を捉える。

数名のチームで1つの銀行を1年間担当し、密に連携。金融機関から提供される経営会議資料や各種データを精査のうえ、経営課題やリスク管理の状況をヒアリングし、健全な運営がされているか、より高度化できる箇所があるかをモニタリング・分析します。

金融庁の職員が国際的な金融規制等を議論する国際会議に出る際、日本の大手銀行の事業状況に関する情報共有を行なうこともあります。各国の金融監督当局や中央銀行と直接意見交換を行ない、日本の銀行が海外で適切にビジネスを展開できるよう連携しています。

契約社員任期付職員(原則2年)※任期満了後、勤務実績等を踏まえ、契約更新の可能性があります。

【年収・給与】
月給25万円以上+各種手当【モデル例】月給40万円+手当民間企業勤務歴28年/50歳・大卒月給33万円+手当民間企業勤務歴12年/34歳・大卒※職歴などに応じて、「任期付職員法又は一般職の職員の給与に関する法律(昭和第25年法律第95号)」に基づき決定、支給されます。<年収例>880万円/50代前半750万円/30代前半※年収600万円~
