Responsibilities:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to plan, prioritize, and track deliverables
Translate technical discussions into clear action plans and timelines
Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks early to keep projects on track
Maintain sprint documentation and progress tracking
Foster cross-team collaboration and continuous improvement
Support engineers with task clarity, estimations, and focus
Coordinate releases, QA, and deployment schedules
Leverage AI tools and data insights to enhance planning and productivity
Required Skills:
5+ years as Technical PM, Scrum Master, or similar in software engineering
Strong Agile expertise and hands-on experience applying methodologies
Proven experience managing cross-functional engineering teams (backend, frontend, mobile, QA)
Excellent communication and coordination with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficient with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools
Working Hours:
09:00 - 18:00 Mon-Fri
Working Style:
Hybrid (2-3 days in office, other WFH)
Holidays:
Saturday, Sunday, and National Holidays, Year-end and New Year Holidays, Paid Holidays, Other Special Holidays etc
