The company provides large-scale digital solutions for FMCG brands and retailers, leveraging consumer data, personalization technologies, and advanced analytics to deliver measurable business results.
They are currently expanding their product development teams and are looking for a highly skilled Scrum Master / Product Manager to support ongoing digital transformation initiatives.

■業務内容/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
・アジャイル開発/スクラム実践(主)
-スクラムイベント(スプリントプランニング、デイリー、レビュー等)の推進
-チームとともに継続的なプロセス改善を行う
-ターゲットプロセス、Confluence等を用いた情報整理と進捗可視化
・プロダクトマネジメント業務(副)
-ステークホルダーとの要件調整と優先順位付け、バックログ管理
-エンジニア、QA、データチームとの連携による開発推進
-社内各部門(営業、マーケ、カスタマーサクセスなど)との連携
-プロダクトのKPI設計・効果測定、および改善提案
-ユーザー視点とビジネス視点を統合した機能設計・プロジェクトマネジメント

3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or similar Agile leadership role
3+ years of software/digital product management experience
Professional English communication skills (Business level)
Currently residing in Japan (No relocation sponsorship for this role)
MUST-HAVE QualificationsProven experience running Scrum ceremonies (planning, daily, review, retro)
Experience driving cross-functional projects with multiple departments
Track record of improving products from a user-first perspective
Ability to communicate effectively across teams (Engineering, QA, Data, Business, etc.)
Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
NICE-TO-HAVE QualificationsUnderstanding of Data / Marketing / Advertising / B2B2C domains
Hands-on experience with web software engineering
Experience with Confluence, Jira, Target Process, or similar tools
Role Overview
This hybrid role combines Scrum Master (primary) and Product Management (secondary) responsibilities.
Agile Development / Scrum (Primary)Lead all Scrum ceremonies
Drive continuous process improvement with the engineering team
Organize documentation and visualize progress using tools (Confluence, Target Process, etc.)
Product Management (Secondary)Coordinate requirements and prioritization with stakeholders
Manage and refine the product backlog
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, Data, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams
Propose improvements based on KPI monitoring and analysis
Combine user perspective and business needs to design and deliver features
