Division: Technology Division (Telematics Service Department, Mobility Service Department, In-house Development Promotion Department, Connected Technology Department)

The Technology Division promotes the following businesses with the mission of contributing to society by creating the mobility platform of the future.

・Development of systems and operation of systems and services as a service provider

・Development of systems used for services planned and provided by the company, and operation of systems and services

・System development and system operation to keep services running 24 hours a day, 365 days a year

・Promotion of initiatives to maintain high system (software) quality

As a Scrum Master, you will help teams develop smoothly in agile development while maintaining agile development principles. You will also help remove obstacles, both internal and external to the team, so that the team can focus on delivering value to the customer.

The mission of the Scrum Master is to fulfill his/her responsibilities in the Scrum team and organization by helping everyone understand the theory and pratics of Scrum.

【Specifically】

・Design an IT architecture that maintains the quality (consistency, coherence, etc.) of the entire information system to realize the client's business strategy, utilizing hardware and software-related technologies (application-related technologies and methodologies).

・Confirm that the designed architecture constitutes a solution to the problem and that subsequent development and implementation are feasible.

・Identify the criteria that the information system must meet to constitute a solution.

・Preliminary impact assessment of technical risks to feasibility

・Able to build trusting relationships with stakeholders (POs and higher level business owners), and willing to take on any challenge.

・Able to adapt to a variety of tasks.

・Able to constantly improve their own skills

・Able to support development teams and engineers from the bottom up and contribute as a mentor.

・Those who have sufficient experience in project management for medium or larger system development but are eager to gain experience as a Scrum Master in the future.

【 Requirements】

Required

・3+ years of experience in project management or Scrum Master in mid-size or larger system development

・Basic knowledge of development methodologies such as Waterfall and Scrum

・5+ years of experience in programming using one of the programming languages

・N1 level Japanese language skills

Preferred

・Experience in project lead and project management implementation

・Experience in development and operation of automotive (in-car systems) or MaaS-related systems

・Experience in development and operation of systems used by large scale clients

・Experience contributing in some way to non-disruptive systems

・Experience in enterprise agile development (using SAFe framework, etc.)

・Experience in global system development and operation

・Language skills sufficient for global deployment

・Experience in cloud-based system development

・Experience working on projects as a manager or leader

・Experience in building serverless cloud systems

・Knowledge of development tools such as IDEs and frameworks

・Experience with bug tracking systems, version control systems, and configuration management using project management systems
